The water in the pool was freezing cold running constantly and couldn’t get in the water; did not enjoy any of the pool experience, except staying by the pool in the sunshine.

I bought this for my mom she traveled with one of her friends and everything was great! Clean great food and this time Air Conditioning was working perfectly.

Some staff lack the right attitude, but generally the hotel is TOP!

Perfect accommodation and atmosphere at the hotel. Feels like vacation on seaside. Great restaurant and pool, 100% recommend, for sure we will come back.

The breakfast choice was very limited based upon a short menu. 90% appeared to be with chips, would describe it as more like a brunch than a breakfast. My partner shared my toast, and she was charged for a full price.. One warning I would give about the hotel, that is otherwise very good, is the shower cubical. The shower is very good, but the floor appears slippery, maybe due to the tiles used. I did inform reception when leaving the hotel

The dining area is fairly large with a mixture of indoors and open air patio. The evening meal was tasty and good value, however the breakfast was very disappointing. There is a large swimming pool with bar, and lots of sunbeds. Car park if free with plenty of room

Order has been done via booking.com and it seems that information about the number of guests hasn't passed, so sofa has not been prepared for sleep. But quickly fixed.

Excellent food, nice room, only ongoing wedding has bit impacted full enjoyment of the stay. We slept and ate well, and could continue the next day in our long journey to Black sea.

For such a wonderful hotel, there was no elevator!!! We had a fantastic room on the second floor, but it was unpleasant to carry the luggage all the way up. A hotel which costed a lot of money to build and furnish, has no excuse of having no elevator.

We appreciated everything: the size of the room, the parking, cleanliness, interior design, comfort.

It would be nice if there is any kettle in the room to make tea/Coffee in the evening - not a big deal but just would be even better!

Hotel looks really great - decorated with the taste. Food tasty and big portions. Not everybody from the staff spoke English but we managed to get the understanding, they were really helpful and nice! Room was clean. Really good quality for this price and star rating.

I was extremely happy with everything. In fact my wife and I jokingly said we should cancel the rest of the tour and just stay there for 4 months.

Wow! So for context, we are travelling the whole of Europe with our kids (three boys under 11) and have stayed in a good deal of properties as we journey by car from England to Turkey and back (4 months and 17 countries). I have to say that this was the very best hotel we have stayed in. It was impeccable, the staff were amazing and the pool was just perfect! One of the little touches that made it so much better was when we had breakfast the table next to us all started smoking (not something we are used to in Britain) and my son started coughing. One of the young waitresses, who had previously worked in the UK noticed our discomfort and came over and asked us if we wanted to change tables and even helped us relocate our breakfast to an indoor table where smoking was prohibited. Outstanding! Oh and mentioning the food, the portions are huge! The boys could have easily shared one pizza! But this is meant as a compliment - the food was delicious, the restaurant was exceptionally decorated and would easily compete with the top venues in London. I have to pay my best compliments to the owners and their staff. Exceptional all round.
