The hotel is getting old, the shower floor was full of hair, the bed was making noise and the floor of the room was not very clean.

Air conditioner not strong enough. Not enough convenient shelves in the bathroom, no basic espresso machine in the room - only coffee from a kettle

Starting Friday evening and over the weekend, it is rather noisy due to bars and lounges across the street. Windows closing system should be checked as the music and outside noise is disturbing over the night even on last floor.

Service, location, facilities. Tirol Restaurant is excellent to also have a conversation, compared to the loud crowded restaurants on Palas campus. The 11th floor Sofia Sky Lounge is amazing for sunset and after dinner chill out.

There were several problems with facilities in the room - which were handled by the hotel staff.

The hotel is in a central area near the Palat Mall and the Palace of Culture. Spacious room, modern and pleasant design, including a kettle for making tea and a safe. The hotel has a spa with a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The service of the staff is excellent - they are courteous and take care of any problem. Overall -The hotel makes your staying in Iasi fun and enjoyable. .

Absolutely nothing.

Loveeed the short stay at this amazing hotel. Completely unexpected level of quality and value for money. Close to some key landmarks in Iasi, with free parking provided by the hotel. Family was extremely happy and everybody agreed that this will become our go-to place in Iasi.

Windows do not open entirely for safety, AC was a bit noisy especially in the night, we were at 4th level and we could hear the noise from the street with the windows closed, the light from the AC panel was so intense that the entire room was brightened, in the room we had a bar cabinet which was so narrow that we were affraid something could fall from above it (glasses, cups for coffee)…

Tirol restaurant very good, comfy bed and pillows, late check out if needed, all the staff was great, close to the mall and main turistic objectives

Our floor was probably just renewed, it looked great. The room was very well equipped and looked great. Location is awesome, you are right in the middle of the city, just a few hundred meters away from the palace.

Everything was perfect

Great hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived to our surprise they have prepared a little set with amenities and small present for our daughter which was so lovely. Very thoughtful!!! The restaurant Tirol was also very good and tasty. Breakfast had a good variety and the service outstanding. Everyone was very smily and friendly. Location is absolutely the best: just around the corner you have the wonderful parece and a very nice dining area with plenty of food choices and entertainment for kids. Will definitely come back again.

The place is a bit outdated, a renovation will be more than welcome. Shower needs replacement. The breakfast is not as nice as it was a few years ago.

The parking is included in room price and is free, but is on a separate building basement which may be difficult to reach when the weather conditions are not good.

Hotel International Iasi is a stylish 4-star hotel in a prime location, Palas commercial and cultural area, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clean having a good view to the city center. The staff is friendly and attentive, with efficient service overall. The on-site restaurant serves a diverse and delicious menu, particularly the breakfast buffet wich is very diversified. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including a fitness center, SPA and indoor pool. I really enjoyed the view from the Panoramic restaurant over the Palas area, including to the Palatul Culturii building.

Reservation lady a bit rude, shower head was broken asked to be fixed when we went out and they did not. Called and suggested to take from a non used room one and change and they did it in the end.
