Fantastic hotel in very good location near the main street. Wonderful view of the bridge from the balcony. Good selection for breakfast Lovely rooftop bar lounge and lovely cocktails. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Loud music in the restaurant. Not very motivated waitress in the restaurant. The day after, some of us had problems with the stomach.

Nothing stat was perfect!

Hotel was beautiful rooms were perfect and super comfortable and clean! food and drinks in restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced, we paid extra for the breakfast and so glad we did! loved our stay here and will be booking again for next year! Staff who worked there we also extremely friendly and always there if you needed anything loved staying here didn’t want to leave !

Everything - spacious, clean, well-equipped Professional reception staff Good sound insulation - there was a live band on the roof terrace but could not hear it Good location with views from balcony A kettle! Proper reading lights by the bed! The best hotel we stayed in on our three week cycle down the Danube from Budapest

Parking is street side/ sidewalk in some instances. This took adjustment on my part. For as nice as the hotel is the property across the street is a little depressing to look at first in the morning.

Everyone was very pleasant even with a 2 am check in. The food at the restaurant was great, Madeline was extremely nice and patient with the language barrier. Most of the staff can speak enough English to communicate. The room was pleasant clean. I would have liked to stay longer but my work in the area was finish. Given the opportunity I would likely stay again.

The breakfast service was friendly but pretty "sleepy", they could be more attentive.

The receptionists were exceptionally helpful, competent, and professional and helped me with my bike and my route. A clean hotel with luxurious rooms, including coffee making facilities and a fridge.

Owner went the extra mile by reviewing our Romania trip and adding suggestions for us to visit. She further saved us a lost day by telling us that the Transfagasaran road would be closed on the day that we wanted to pass it due to a Triathlon. We thus could alter our plans and avoid getting stuck on a closed road (-:

The fire alarm started at 6 a.m., and I was a little bit scared because no staff was around in order to fix the problem or to give us an explanation. Being pregnant, I was jumping out of the bed and and I was running on the hallway to see what had happened. Finally, we found out that some guests were smoking on the hallway, but I could not feel any cigarette smell....Anyway, I hope it will not happen again...

I really loved the welcoming atmosphere and the food. We enjoyed the Turkish party and the manager was really kind to us to save us a table. Given the fact that is our second stay to this hotel, I highly recommend it, and I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

The staff of the restaurant were somehow slow. But still we enjoyed the diversity of the menu and the look and feel of the terrace. If you stay at Imperio, this is the palce to eat.

We were very suprized by the hospitality of the staff and their attention to details and to making our stay memorable. They truly succeed. From the check-in to check-out everything was top notch and we felt amazing at this property. We recommend it to everyone travelling or passing by Cernavoda. Especially if you go to AER by Rasova events, Imperio Hotel is the place to stay.

We had a great stay in Imperio and must admit that the experience was truly overwhelming with such kind & warm hospitality by all hotel staff. The hotel is so welcoming and well designed with lot of attention to detail & cleanliness. Lovely interiors, awesome customer service, nice food & great amenities All was super good! We felt really special when they surprised us with an extra room because of the fact that was a misunderstanding with the extendible couch. It was such a nice gesture. Friendly and attentive staff, helped with parking, answered all the questions, pleasant in communication. Room was clean and comfortable. Equipped with all necessary toiletries. It has a nice restaurant. No buffet, but you could order a breakfast.
