We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe bed is quite uncomfortable the border is higher than the mattress making difficult to stand up, also the shower floor was painted not using the proper epoxy paint, looking really ugly.
The breakfast was really good with a variety of typical salamies from Romania as well sausages.

United KingdomNo AC which is unacceptable in a hot city like Timisoara. I struggled to sleep & had to leave the windows open all the time and I am covered in mosquito bites as there is no window net. I also had to wear earplugs because it’s quite a busy area, lots of cars driving past and people going to the shop which is right next door. There was no soap and shower gel. I took the empty tubes out but the cleaning staff didn’t replace them. I just bought my own shower gel. Also, the room was tidied up once during my stay - 5 nights. Breakfast was very poor.
Great location, easy to get to city centre and good public transport links. There are shops nearby and one of them is open 24h. Lovely back garden, great place to chill as the room is unbearable in this heat.

RomaniaThe fridge was not working. The shower was rusty and missing one of the shower screen doors. The fan in the bathroom was poorly working being covered in thick dust. The room door was obviously forced in the passed, and it was poorly repaired after.

SerbiaBreakfast is disaster - as the hotel was full of guests, we almost didn't have anything for breakfast, there were no food available. Only few free parking spaces inside and around the hotel - we had to park half kilometer away from hotel on unsecured space outside of urban area

Poland- No cosmetics in the bathroom - no soap or shower gel (The toilet paper was there :)). - I lived on the 1st floor. In the shower, after turning on the hot water, I waited about 3-4 minutes for the hot water to flow. - The shower head was old and 'the standard' water jet option did not work. - Despite being assured when booking that a parking space was available, upon arrival around 10 p.m. I was informed that the parking lot was full and I had to park my car on the street near the hotel.
