Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

More than excellent, much better than any other hostels in Bucharest! Five minutes walk from the airport bus, right in the center of Bucharest. Everything is spotless clean, bright and roomy. Staff is superb. Room has huge lockers (no own padlock needed), towel provided, all windows have mosquito net (that's a must in Bucharest, otherwise you would never sleep), several toilets and showers, kitchen upstairs. LatviaThe size of the bathroom anemnities might be troublesome for taller people, as we hit our heads against the ceiling in the bath and arms against the shower stall walls. Were all about 1,75 metres tall, so be aware, if this might be bothersome.
The personel and reception are very accomodating. Everythings quite clean, good looking and secure safety wise. The location is very good, the supermarket, metro main tourist attractions and old town is close by.

BelgiumComing from other countries where the reception is always occupied, it remains weird to me that the reception is only opening during certain hours. From an economical perspective, I can understand, but it takes the (warm) welcome away as I experience in most places in the world.
The location is very convenient, very close to the old centre. Also, the kitchen is very well equipped, making it a place to start some random conversations. There are more social rooms in the hostel, making it very convenient to meet people. The doors are opening with a code, ensuring the possibility that you can check in at an early time (like me).

The experience at this hotel is very nice! The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is also very clean, I stayed for many days and every three days they changed your sheets and gave you clean towels. The rooms have air conditioning and the living rooms do too. The kitchen is super complete and clean. It has many bathrooms and showers so I never had to wait. The location is the best, just a few steps from the center and all public transportation. I recommend it!
