We had to request a different room because of the very strong diesel smell which came from the generator outside. It was also strange that it was not possible for the dry sauna and the Turkish sauna to be on at the same time.

The breakfast was ok, not a big variety to chose from, but the food was good. The room was quite small, but we did enjoy the terrace, that came wit a lot of cats. The staff was nice.

jacuzzi didn't work. wet sauna works partially. in pool too much clor in my opinion. i was expecting some kind of gim room. Anyway was nice to go to pool and sauna after a long day.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the watter in the pool could've been a little bit warmer. Other than that I can't complain about anything.

Overall it was ok. It was nice and quiet, very good location near the Clinical Hospital for Recovery, Physical Medicine and Balneology Eforie Nord. The cleaning staff was very nice, I enjoyed my stay at this location. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but the quality of the food was good, fresh. Could use some more variety.

The chairs, bed cover and curtains were dirty/stained. Two different glasses and no tray(if you put the glass directly on the furnituri you stain it!). The robes provided were very small and missing the waistband. Only liquid soap provided(no shampoo) although if one uses the spa is very likely to wash its hair too. Very bad smell from the drain system in the bathroom, geting into the bedroom too. The sauna temperature hardly got to 70 degrees C. (normaly it has to be 70-90 degrees); the shower at the sauna directly from the ceiling got on your head/hair- it should have a hand-actioned head to be able to avoid geting your hair wet!

Well heated. Very God restaurant. The personel was very nice and responsive to our demands. It has a spa: indoor pool (rather small) with jacuzzi and sauna(apart from the pool-you have to cross the reception hall from the pool to the sauna😕)

Breakfast was not the best, only 2 options and underwhelming. Could use a buffet-type of breakfast or at least more options.

The room was great, we had everything we needed, cleaning was done daily, had a minibar, towels, bath robes etc. The pool and jacuzzi are great! Staff was polite.

Would have liked the edges of the pool to allow jumping in the water - edges are slippery and smartly enough jumping is forbidden. But this is just nitpicking so there wasn't anything I particularly disliked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were nice enough to allow us to use the facilities for a couple more hours after checking out. Room had everything you need and it was clean.
