Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot the hotels fault but the old town seems to be full of places to eat that spread all over the pavements, once you get past that the rets is lovely, but with people trying to usher you in and fighting over you to go into the restaurant's was not pleaseant

United KingdomWe would recommend this hotel for a stay in Bucharest. It was within easy walking distance of the sights we wished to visit. There were plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
This was an excellent hotel with friendly, well trained, competent and efficient staff. The suite was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant with fresh coffee and various egg dishes cooked to order. An evening meal in the restaurant was good.

United KingdomStayed for three nights in July 2024 as part of a trip around eastern Europe. Wonderful welcome received from reception staff who remained friendly and informative throughout our stay and would politely field any questions asked. Our room, on the third floor, was very large with an entrance hall, two full length windows and fantastic air conditioning. The room included a large, comfortable bed, ample storage, a safe, complimentary water, tea and coffee and a good sized fridge. There is a Carrefour mini market 3 minutes-walk away. The room was impeccably cleaned daily. Excellent free Wi-Fi was also included. The location is great, situated on the main through road and just a short walk from the Old Town with lots of varied restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding neighbourhood. Access to the hotel spa was also included and a very welcome break after long days in the summer heat. The breakfast buffet was first class - varied and substantial and enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending. A great value hotel in a wonderful location.
