Breakfast was not something really special, very basic, bread, bacon, egg, cheese, ham, yogurt. Overall I expected a bit more for this price. However, it is Black Sea coast line and season price tag, I understand that hotels just try to make most of it.

Hotel is in front of the sea, I was lucky to get a room with a balcony facing the sea coast, my friends got the room on a side with a partial sea view. Room is clean, quiet and spacious, looks quite modern.

We had a room with sea view, was clean and nice. We stayed 2 nights, every day the staff cleaned our room and changed the towels. The mini bar contained more than you can want and can expect from an hotel with 3 stars. To summarize, quality and professionalism are the words that describe this hotel.

I didn’t enjoyed the way the staff was talking around with the people, it seems ti be rude. It seems like Romanian turism still needs to learn how to treat people. The guest is there to have a good time, not to have conflicts with the mangers. The good part is that the receptionists knew how to behave and talk with the guests, they were always nice kind. I asked if they have any gluten free options but they replied hardly with no, although they had some choices. Not to mention that they don’t bother to add the allergens listed… its’s not ok, we are in 2024! We want to be like other countries but the reality is that there is a lot until we will arrive even closer to the services that other places provide. The sheets were dirty and second day of our stay we were left without water for two hours. What I didn’t liked at all was that we have received only one key for the room and they said that they have a policy about this not to give 2 keys… I have never heard of such stupid rule. For us was kinda ok, but we had friends with us with kids for which was hard to manage with only one key.

I liked that is was very close to the sea. Enough options for the breakfast . The bed was comfortable and there were many choices with fair prices in the little fridge.

The breakfast selection is rather poor and the eating area small. Also, there are a lot of stairs to enter the hotel and the ramp is too steep.

Clean and spacious rooms, close to the beach, had a nice stay! Got a triple room for the price of a double.

I really liked the fact that the property was recently renovated with a really nice design. The room was very spacious and with big windows and because of that the light was great.Also, room was very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was not very fancy, but with enough options. The position of the hotel is really great, close to beach(like around 100m).

I was fraudulently charged for a candy removed from the room fridge that wasn't removed during checkout. When discussed with front desk staff, they just shrugged their shoulders and charged without reconfirming the contents. Not a huge cost, but disappointing.

First the price per night for a 3 star hotel (ex-4star aparently) is extremely high for what you receive The mattresses not so comfy but that is subjective. The breakfast can be way better for the money per night payed. Mosquito nets missing from the balcony door. Without the AC even if outside was chilly inside it was very hot and the mattress protection during the night kept you even warmer. Not sure how the building was made...

Gteat staff, the hotel was cleaned daily. Decent breakfast Sea side room that was actually sea side. Perfect for sunrise. In a 5 days stay we had our room cleaned twice and towels changed twice as well. Big like for that.

Noisiness from adjacent rooms

Hotel staff were brilliant. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok felt that the hit foods could have been a little hotter. Only downside of this place is that the walls are pretty thin and you could here everything that the next door occupants were doing say no more.Bit of soundproofing wouldn't go amiss.
