Perfect location in the heart of Iasi but still in a very quiet location, walking distance to lots of touristic attractions or the public transport in any direction, 10 min walking to the Palace Mall. Good breakfast with several options to choose from, large rooms and very good conditions for a reasonable price.

The hotel is located right behind the City Hall building and close to Palace Mall. Quite charming hotel, rooms are spacious, breakfast is served in the restaurant in the same building

We arrived in the middle of the night and was welcomed with a smile. Got a nice room with a city view, clean and comfortable. It was still very hot, so it took a while for the air-condition to make an impact. Overall it was a nice short stay.

Breakfast: very large portions, cold set tasty, but unfortunately the omelette and sausages were cold every time. Perhaps this is how breakfast is served in Romania.

Location: the hotel is in a very good location, close to places to visit and to the business centre. Cleanliness: generally clean, although could be cleaned more thoroughly. Bed linen clean and fragrant, towels clean. Bathroom equipped with soap and shampoo. Staff: very friendly and helpful, thank you for your support.

Maybe a Swedish buffet or several options to combine at breakfast. And clearly the inclusion of several drinks in the breakfast option, not just one.

The hotel was very beautiful and located in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in a classic style. I really liked the extra large bed and the place to read by the window. My husband really liked the huge TV. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Lack of parking. Public parking cost 1.2 euro / hour (for a 3 days stay =43 euro just parking). Bathroom door handle fell. Coffee served in paper cups (employees were drinking from ceramic....). Breakfast starts at 8 (very inconvenient for me as I had several meetings at 9.....

It was hot, very hot outside and the room had control for 2 air con units (1 central and 1 split system). While the room wasn't really warm, it didn't cool as well as what you would have expected but was still reasonably comfortable.

Good location for the sights of Iasi, on the railway station side of town i.e., if you stayed closer to the big mall, that would have added a further 5-10 minutes walk. The room was very spacious although I think that played a part in the small quibble we had.

The floor where the room was located was under construction, there were materials at the elevator and the hallway felt unsecure. Also the shower leaked in the bathroom.

We liked everything!

It's already the second time we stayed in this property and we never regretted it! It is just perfect for a quiet stay in Iași, at a 7 min walk from Palas Mall and the Culture Palace. Our room was also equipped with a SmartTV, which we appreciated a lot! The location is great. We also chose to eat breakfast there, and it was really delicious!
