We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was quite large, very comfortable bed and pillow. It was decently clean and the staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating, particularly because I didn't speak a word of Romanian.

RomaniaBooked a double room but got offered a twin room at the property. It was fine except there was a puddle in the bathroom because water was dripping from the ceiling :D Asked for another room, with a double bed as in the initial booking and got offered one in the attic that was significantly below standards compared to the first room. The receptionist asked "Do you mind if it's on the 3rd floor?" I said "No, why? Is it any different?" He said no but it WAS different! There was no cold water in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder and shower head were not stable. It was extremely warm in the room as the air conditioning wasn't on - 30 degrees! We turned it on at 18 and when we came back past midnight it only went down to 24 degrees....an ancient machine so old the white it once was had turned yellow..... We came for an event and wanted to enjoy our time in the city but ended up with this mediocre accommodation where you couldn't even take a proper shower! Didn't have time to "argue" again for a new room..... The next morning when we checked out we told the receptionist everything about the condition of the room and asked for a partial refund as the room didn't live up to expectations given all these issues and it was clearly not the same quality as the initial room! We didn't think it was fair to pay the same price.....but of course it was not possible! The receptionist said she will make a call (talk to the manager?) and came back saying nothing can be done. We can complain where we made the booking - which is this website :D I could write more but I will stop here....It's clear that they don't even check the rooms, don't care about maintenance or the comfort of their guests. Will definitely never go there again!
