Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe restaurant downstairs was under construction and was relocated in the breakfast area. The food was good at Laurus and the service was good and fun; however, I think they are understaffed in the kitchen because it took a very long time for the food to arrive. The pool didn’t open till noon on a Monday due to cleaning:(
Marius at front desk provided exceptional customer service. We got connecting rooms on 8th floor and we had a view.

RomaniaThe internet is uncrypted (this is not safe at all and I would not recommend to anyone to log on an unsecured WiFi network) and very slow. It is like you have travelled back in time some 10 - 15 years. The indoor pool is very expensive for the hotel guests but there are also persons with subscriptions and children for swimming lessons. I wonder if any local would pay that much for a visit to the pool, since the area is full of other thermal pools that are not inside a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast is good, location with a beautiful view. Room is comfortable.

HungaryThe rooms under roof are noise because of air ventillation system on the roof.
Breakfast is good. Panorama lift is nice. Hotel service is friendly and the whole hotel is clean. The building is nice, new and modern. Panorama is beautiful on the river and on the city. We were there second time and rented two rooms. A very new and modern bath is in the neighborhood. It is in the middle of city on the riverbank but the traffic in the street of the hotel is little. There are sport possibilities in the hotel and there is a running track in front of the hotel in the park. There are shops near to hotel in one km distance.

Great location, visibly clean bathroom nice. Hairdryer too slow/old. Tea and coffee and kettle no milk only powdered. Air conditioning did not work we reported it daily and it was never resolved. Offered to change rooms but declined as had ironed and hung all my clothes in wardrobe. Stayed here last summer and air con did not work then either.

United KingdomThe rooms were too warm for me and there was really no way to cool it down other than leaving a window open permanently.
Staff were super helpful and the breakfast offering was amazing. There was lots of choice for me as a vegan. I was staying there as I was competing in the European Ice swimming Championships at the pool next door.

RomaniaWe had pre-paid for dinner and breakfast. Dinner on the first night was supposed to be served à la carte, however it was Catholic Easter Sunday and there was only a buffet available, which we didn’t really enjoy. Also, the TV was quite old and it did not function :( thankfully we had our laptop with us.
Great location, amazing food, especially the breakfast options. Squeaky clean room and comfortable bed. We had an amazing river view from the 4th floor.
