The elevators should be really changed. We spent in one day 20 min waiting for one of them . It was not a problem because we were just in holiday but I am trying to imagine about the persons i treatment..

The room was excellent, the cleanliness as expected. The staff is very friendly and eager to give advises . The pool is large enough to swim and (OK this is not related directly to the hotel) it was plenty of sunshine!

The 2nd Time at Bacolux and everything was fine. We were in may so it was less crowded in the area, and also at the hotel, so we could enjoy the swimming pool and the indoor spa area

The elevators are a pain for everyone, it takes forever to be able to use any of them and once you do manage to find one it stops at almost every floor...

The hotel has all the necessary conditions for an excellent holiday, spacious clean rooms, great food, swimming pools both inside and outdoors, spa and a fantastic view especially from the 9th floor.

Minor criticisms: The picturesque location means you have to walk a lot, and I mean A LOT when you go into town. In the heat, it was almost too much for us and we saw a lot of people struggling. Second and more importantly: there are NO Pool umbrellas, so the outdoors pool is basically unusable for a few hours every afternoon. We found that strange. So because of these two Points I don't know if we would come back even though we really love everything else about the hotel. Oh, and someone should tell the folks from the hotel "Sara's Sons" to turn the volume of their Pool music down!

The hotel itself was perfect for the price. Breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, and all have balconies either with a spectacular view of the mountains or of the town. The pool and spa area was very nice! The location is very picturesque. The guy serving drinks in the little pool bar was extremely friendly!

When the hotel is full it takes a while to find a place in one of the 3 elevators.

I very much enjoyed the view from the balcony, the room was on the 9th floor. The hotel's own thermal water pool was worth the extra fee. The thermal springs of Herculane are unique in their mineral content. I also liked the location of the hotel. It is located in the modern part of Herculane with many restaurants, bars, cafés at walking distance. The historic center of the spa town can be reached by 20 minutes walking. The surrounding nature and landscape are breathtaking.

they have big problems with elevators, not working properly, on big elevator doors didn’t open on 10th floor.

The parking, the hotel it was quite full during our stay and the hotel parking it wasn’t very organized. I would say it needs a little bit of improvement.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and polite compared to other places, the breakfast was very good and diverse, the room was clean, although the bathroom was a little bit smaller.

Comfy beds, super friendly staff, new facilities, Really nice views from the rooms (we were lucky to get a room on the hotel parking side, with a view to the mountains, we really liked it and definitely recommend this side.) The pools were heated outside and inside, I think they are available even in winter, at least the jacuzzi outside which was heated. The breakfast was really delicious, with many things to choose from.
