The keys for the doors were hard to use and not straight forward. You needed to leave extra time to deal with the locks. It would have been nice to have some more cutlery, a cutting board and a spatula.

The apartment was in a great location.

The bed was slightly raised at the head which made it quite uncomfortable.

The room was really great. Very relaxing! The lights and the LEDs were a very nice touch, made us feel like home, this was also a reason for which we picked Crystal Central. There was a lot of attention to detail and it shows that there was a lot of work and care put into furnishing the apartament. The communication with the host was perfect! We felt wonderful and we're already considering to visit next year.

This apartment was great and so big! It is well designed, clean and felt like a luxury hotel with all needed equipment and more. The location was amazing- quite but central, a lot of parking options around and all you can ask for. The host is very friendly and helpful, even when we had questions in the late hours. I would definitely recommend this place!

Lack of Lights walking up to the stairs up to the apartment can be dangerous at night

Very central apartment, well decorated loved the lights all around the bathroom and bedroom. Great facilities and nice treats such as wine and sweets. Great host and very helpful and easy to contact

Very friendly and helpful owner. The apartment is in excellent location, close to Piata Sfatului,safe, comfortable, close to amazing restaurants & bakeries, bus stops. Everything is in good working order, beautiful interior, very well equipped ( if I wanted to cook or have a drink at home, the kitchen if properly equipped). TV if I was too tired to go out. Also good heating (I booked in Winter). Absolutely loved my stay there.

It would have been helpful to be given better guidance on parking - we followed the guidance but were a 20 minute walk about from the flat, which was unpleasant in 30 degree heat with lots of bags and somewhat defeated the point of having a car and choosing to book a room with "parking".

It was very spacious and modern, the lighting in the flat was really interesting, and it was great to have a usable kitchen. The location was excellent.

You have everything you need here, I felt here like a I was home. It’s more beautiful in reality than the pictures :) and the location is in the middle of the old center, very good place.

Great location, right in the old town, but on a really quiet pedestrian alley; huge room, good comfort, cleanliness.

The only downside is that the bad makes noises whenever you turn around in your sleep.

The fireplace didn't heat anymore - but it was still very pretty.

The room was perfectly clean (and I have high standards!). The room was also very big, bright and airy. The location was good, just 200m walk to the main pedestrian street and 500m to the main square. The LEDs were also fun!

It was a last minute booking, but we found a great appartment, with perfect location and with an awesome deal. The appartment was very clean and it looks just like the pictures. The host responded quickly to my messages and was very easy to talk to.

This is one of the best accomodations I have ever rented. It is right in the center of Brasov, in a nice quiet building. The apartment looks amazing, we were impressed by the great taste and the attention to details. The host was extremely attentive, giving us all the details and going through all the effort ( including a visit to the apartment, upon our request) to make us enjoy our stay. We highly recommend Crystal Central Apartment!
