Nobody was at the reception in the morning. We were advised that breakfast was served in restaurant outside only after we had paid for it (and it wasn't so rich). It's difficult to stop the car in front of the hotel to unload luggage. Parking is not so near.

Breakfast is in a different location, 4 mins walking away. Nice restaurant but breakfast was not enough, so we had to order and pay extra.

Ideal location in the city center, but very quiet in the room. Personnel is very friendly. Room is large and comfortabel. Bed and shower are perfect for tall people (my partner is 1.98m)

Weird way of handling heat. Although we did not suffer from cold, it was weird to have the heat running only certain hours.

- The building soundproofing was rather poor and we could hear all the bike noises and church bells ringing at fixed hours. But thankfully, there isn’t much noise during the night and we could sleep; - For the charged price, the property should have been better.

- The central location gave us quick access to all the things we wanted to visit; - The room was spacious and comfortable, the furniture was beautiful and I liked that we had comfortable armchairs to stay and read a book. - From our room, we had a stunning view facing the Black Church and Baritiu street.

The fact that it started pouring from the ceiling, in the bathroom, and it was next to the lights; I guess it was a problem with the apartment upstairs and the water system, but it wasn't okay at 3 o'clock to have water dripping from the ceiling.

Cleaning was poor, we had not enough towels one day, they don't change sheets (we stayed 4 nights!).

Maybe some extra attention when cleaning the rooms so the bed doesn't have hairs or fluff on the blanket or pillow cases but other than this there wasn't anything bad, in my opinion.

The location is very nice and close to the Old Center, the young lady from the reception was very friendly, kind and attentive. The room was really nice for the price, you don't need anything super fancy when travelling to the mountains. I will definitely choose this place the next time I come to Brasov.

We stayed in a beautifull dubbel room outside the black church. There was a little inside private courtyard. It is in the center so for 10€ we booked the carpark extra.

I didn't quite appreciate the vintage furniture and the fact that, being accommodated on the ground floor, it was somehow noisy during the night (they were evacuating and emptying the waste bins, I guess).

I liked the location, the staff's friendliness and their readiness to help. As a marketing idea for the staff: what about including the "story" of the house in the hotel brochure? I'm pretty sure, each house from thar area has its own story! What about organising socialising evenings, between tourists accommodated here and the staff & owners (maybe a tea/coffee socialising meeting)?

the bathroom had sewage smell and no ventilation, some of our rooms didn't have AC, and there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up and down the stirs wasn't great...also no help from the reception on that. also no parking...we had to find something on the street....mind you all central hotels and bnbs have the same isseus.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Brasov, next to the Black Church. The building is historic.

The sink in the bathroom is interesting but useless. No space to put stuff. Towels are insufficient and they don't change it every day. The shower area is very small and the whole place gets wet. If you are coming by car, take care of yourself. Nearby parking is very expensive and you're stuck with roadside parking (which you have to pay for by downloading the app).

There is no breakfast room in the hotel. This was not specified. It was a surprise. The breakfast room of another hotel, 100 meters away, is being used. It must be specified on the site. The location is great. In the middle of everything. Room size was adequate.
