Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Clean room. Great location. Easy instructions. Communication with owner via WhatsApp was great On one day met the owners mother who was also very kind and friendly. This would be my first choice if available if I was going to Sibiu again.

RomaniaOne small mention: the property is near a church, so the bells (that you can hear hourly) can be pretty disturbing even with the windows closed. But that depends on your sleeping pattern as well (I’m a light sleeper so I heard them every evening and morning)

United StatesThere is a kitchen but it's not fully equipped. There is a microwave, sink, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, but there is no stove nor refrigerator in the kitchen. There is a very small refrigerator in the room, so all groceries have to be carried from the room to the kitchen and back to the room once the cooking has been done. Also there is one portable burner to cook, so you can only use one pot at the time. Also, the place is close to the historic town, but it's far from the train station.
Love my room. Double bed with night table, closet and private bathroom. It included linnens, towels and toiletries. I was able to open the windows and let the breeze come in. The host was very attentive and kept in constant communication with me. She provided a video and instructions on how to get there and the code to open the front door. The internet worked perfectly and the room looked like the pictures.
