The curtains didn’t close properly so it was too bright in the room in the mornings.

The room was spacious and quiet. We had a room with a view on the park and the cathedral which was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. The air conditioner worked properly and kept our room cool when it was 34 degrees out.

I wouldn’t say it is 4 star hotel standard. As you would expect more from the 4 star hotel. Otherwise really nice stay.

Didn't like that you needed a bus to get to train station.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms with all the amenities, good value. I liked the beautiful church out the front door. Liked that the hotel was downtown with some places to eat, and a good do- it -yourself laundromat not too far away.

Unfortunately, the mattress on the double bed was not comfortable as it was sagging in the middle. I hope the hotel management reads this feedback and addresses the issue.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. We stayed in the Roma suite, which had a beautiful view of the square in front of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Good location. 5-10 minutes to central square, best restaurant (in my opinion - Roata) about 15 mins walk. Large comfy room, quiet. Very clean, good facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

A stylish, modern, very ckean and comfortable room, exceptionally well located near the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was quiet with a lgreat view of old city Cluj.

Stayed here on the return part of our trip. Having stayed here the week before. The location was great and we were able to walk most places. Room lovely, safe, tv, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast something for everyone. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again it was great.

It is situated on a very busy road and there was a considerable amount of noise. Particularly sirens from passing emergency vehicles. The duvet on the bed let the hotel down. It was cheap and thin and not big enough to cover a bed as large as the one in our room. Breakfast was very disappointing for such a quality hotel. Not a great amount of choice and not a lot of it. Things ran out quickly but weren't replenished without prompting. Certainly not worth paying 12 euros for.

It's a good business class hotel, well situated, with large rooms and immaculately clean. On the whole we were pleased. The bathroom was very spacious with good quality towels and good toiletries. Shower pressure excellent, water hot. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. We had a fantastic view over the square from our room on the front of the hotel which had a built in balcony. There was a kettle in the room with 2 very small cups and just fruit tea and coffee. No black (English Breakfast) tea and no milk so if you stay in this hotel you may wish to take your own tea. We bought milk from a shop and kept it in the minibar.
