I had to shower in the morning with hot water, because there was no cold water. The window could not be closed properly.

The location is good, I appreciated the fact that they let me check in in the early morning, it was important cause i had come a long way and arrived at 6 am. I really appreciated that they let me an iron.

I visited Iasi on a very hot day. That's why it was a big disappointment that air conditioning didnt work. Their breakfast was really basic. Only white slices of bread and for example no juice. Good side is their location right in the middle of city. But if I ever come back to Iasi, I will stay somewhere else.

It is a very , very, very , very old hotel; it needed some upgrade even 20 years ago. Old disambled furniture . Some rooms are very noisy, but receptionist was super nice to agree to move me me to a quiet room. I would recomend it for party people to be near centre and who dont mind all the other minuses

Guy at breakfast was not the friendliest or most welcoming of characters and in no hurry whatsoever to replenish necessities like bread, fruit juice and eggs. Helped with malfunctioning coffee machine on two occasions, albeit reluctantly. More interested in looking at his 'phone. Hotel is a touch tired and jaded. Could do with an update!

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Room did have a comfortable bed and was reasonably quiet but nothing 'flash'. It is also substantially cheaper than the other three hotels in the square. Good location in a pleasant pedestrian street.

Poor on the side of the "gadgets": TV was very small and with broken sound. I speak Romanian my mother tongue. I could not understand a word. There were no mains near the bed. There were no shelves in the bathroom to put my things. No place for a woman! In the room, an electrical cord was running near the wall to the bed. No place for kids. Sometime I had to wait for the hot water to arrive, or for the cold water to arrive. No way to darken the room during day hours.

First of all, by far, was the location. Then, everything was very clean, if not very new, but I do not care. Outside sound proof was excellent. Staff very friendly and indeed tried to help. The little fridge was silent and cooool.

Breakfast was very poor. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel, was "value for money wt breakfast" and paid extra for Deluxe. By the time we came to eat breakfast, it was almost empty, and no one bothered to ask if we wanted anything added, and it was not even 10am.

Excellent location near Piața Unirii and 20 minutes walk from the Train Station. The rooms are old but comfortable enough for a good sleep.

The location of the hotel - quite close to the city center, which allows one to have a fine walk across the city. Quiet place, and warm, cozy rooms - at times, way too hot.

Clealines. It was a budget room, but apeard to be negliged, the room seemed abandoned by the cleaning team, dusty. Happily, all the bed sheets were superclean.
