We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The building has an elevator. The room and bathroom were very big in comparison with a 4 star hotel. The breakfast has plenty of food with a lot of options. The personnel was very friendly. The room price was very affordable.

RomaniaIt is clearly visible that the hotel needs some serious maintenance work done - the socket hanging out from the wall in the bathroom is just one example. Also, bedside lamp was not working. I believe it used to be a really nice hotel, and with a bit of care and attention to details it can go back in glory. Overall, it was quite expensive for the services - yes, breakfast was included and it was varied, but the quality of the food wasn't the greatest.
The lady at the Reception was extremely kind and nice, always helpful with anything I needed.
