We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germanyloud music playing well into the night at the nearby resort, right across from our window. also, we arrived quite late, although within the check in time. the receptionist was already gone and the person checking us in did not speak any foreign languages, we had a bit of a problem getting the information from him.
the room was very nice, the breakfast as well. The hotel itself is located near many interest points. a big private parking available as well.

RomaniaThis is more a personal preference, but we had some issues with the breakfast. It's not a continental breakfast, there is a menu and you have to choose one of a few variants. It's comfortable this way, you are served, but you also have to wait for it. Breakfast starts at 8:30, which was a little late for us, but the staff was very nice, and they opened up the breakfast hall and started serving the food earlier per our request. The only real disappointment was regarding the parking. The parking spaces are not marked, you have to park where you can find space in the yard. And someone blocked our car, on the day of the check out, we were late 30 minutes because of this. The hotel staff didn't had the plate numbers, and phone numbers of all the parked cars in the yard, so they found the driver quite slowly.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. During our stay we mistakenly left our tablet in the room, and they mailed it to us when we asked for it. The room (one of the two we booked) was in the renovated wing of the hotel, it was very beautifully done. Very practical, big wardrobe for clothes. Very nice lighting situation, with alternative switches, sockets on both nightstands, reading lights and so on. The room was well equipped, AC, mini fridge, hairdryer. Also there was a desk/writing space in the room and also a couch like a seating area, very nice the hole ambiance of the room. And a huge terrace/balcony from our room, with mountain views from there.

The stuff, friendly and helpful and very professional! Everybody is friendly!people greats you in the street, in the bus, everywhere! We had a very clean and bright room,with terrasse and mountain view. The surprise was a spacial bath we took in a ...kind of barrel called "ciubăr". The pool is always welcomed, but if your heart is ok with heat and sulphur, DON'T MISS IT!! We took the bath after 21:00 hours! For easy traveling,ask the reception for a taxi driver. Get phone number and ask him for trips and tips around.

Breakfast was good. Location is very good, with a great panoramic view towards the Domogled National Park. Clean, modern rooms. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

CanadaThe cover on the bed was a bit thin, and we were only given one small pillow per person. There were no towels provided for bathing, and a sign said we could not bring the towels from our room. How exactly were we supposed to use the hot tubs and pools without towels?
The hotel is nicely renovated and clean. The staff, especially the overnight carer was great, and even helped us with our bags, as there is no elevator. The parking lot is spacious and gated. The breakfast was good, it had quite a few options to choose from, including low carb and vegetarian options. The hot tubs looked great, but unfortunately we could not enjoy them as the water was way too hot in the morning and we had no towels.

United Kingdomthe price for the rooms were overpriced and the conditions of them were really poor, they were dirty and nobody came to change our towels or to take the rubbish out. the Wi-Fi in the rooms were not working and in one day we didn’t had hot water. the breakfast was poor and not much choice. we will never come back to this hotel.
we liked that the reception team was nice to us and they upgraded us to a new room which it was better then the standard one.
