We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely everything, modern hotel, with fairytale vue of the river Danube, great room, gorgeous bathroom with great shower, very modern and sparkling clean. Aoudoor pool is available-love it. The staff was very friendly, spoke English, and communicated easily. Absolutely delicious food, Catfish have to be tasted. Superb breakfast.

This hotel was a big and nice surprise! Placed close to the end of the main street, the hotel has an amazing view over Orsova Gulf. The personal was very helpful, the breakfast generous and tasty (big up for "eggplant salad" and "fish-egg salad"), the room modern, clean and quiet. What else do you need from a hotel? Highly recommended!

This hotel was recently remodeled, and all facilities are modern. Our room was on the riverfront with a balcony of a good size. The room was spacious and equipped with everything needed, minus a coffee machine.AC works well, and despite street traffic, the room was quiet. I requested hot water for tea, and Vasilica at the front desk gave me a brand-new electric kettle to use in the room. Breakfast is served at a table and is enough to feel you. The location is excellent; it is close to the center and the road to the monastery. They have a pool which is very clean and private. Great hotel!

We wanted to visit the area but were reluctant because we could not find good accommodation, and than I saw Arka!! We were not disappointed :). The place is brand new, with all facilities that were important for us: private parking, easy wheelchair access, elevator, restaurant with good food, comfortable clean and modern rooms, and a gorgeous view of Danube river and the shores. The personnel was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed after a long drive. I liked that they are genuinely interested in improving all aspects and learning! Thank you Ionuț for the great service in the restaurant, and thank you to all ladies at the reception!

RomaniaThe food is extremely expensive considering that is not something extraordinary. We have ordered a pork knuckle which was frozen inside. When we cut it off, it was full of ice. We would have appreciated if it would had been well warmed inside to not eat ice scales
