Beautiful triplex, spacious and tastefully decorated in a quiet area of Poiana Braşov. Perfect to share with family and friends/or friends. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Great communication! Highly recommended!

In the booking we saw that there is a pool on the premises, it is true that there is a spa with 2 pools but it does not belong to the owners of the apartment and it is an additional cost. The place is not close to Poiana Brasov center by walking

Huge apartment, 3 floors, comfortable beds, very clean. The apartment is in a huge apartment complex. We received great service. There is free parking in the parking lot.

Not enough amenities in the bathrooms, no shelves in 2 bathrooms, no amenity to place a tooth brush.. etc!

Internet connection, kindly suggest to mention that there is no internet. the wifi is so poor that you cannot send a WhatsApp message. I used 4g to zoom, as you cannot use the internet from the apartment. Heating - it was extremely warm with no possibility to adjust. i think the thermostat are broken and the provided answer "its probably the complex problem looks not right".

The apartment was amazing. With breathtaking views and quiet surroundings, you have nothing more to expect. Fireplace, tubs, cosy beds - everything you need for a perfect stay.

The location and the condo itself were outstanding. Our stay was wonderful and the amenities were so amazing. We really had a blast! The triplex it’s so versatile because it can be used for a romantic getaway or a family stay easily. We just loved it!

We would have loved some cups or glasses in the kitchen as we were not very well prepared, however that was not a biggie

No tables and chair in balcony, loos windows and poor wifi even router is in this middle of the living room. Equipment can be improved.

Everything is fine except for the woman who is assigned to the Restaurant. She does not understand English. She also does not speak English except for no. because we knew that breakfast was not included, we were willing to pay because we had no other choice to eat, that's why we stayed there but she said no. Good thing there is a very kind crew there who helped us explain to the woman what we were saying. .The food is very good, I hope next time there will be rice. in the apartment everything is okay next time I hope there will be bathrobes and sleepers and I hope there will be an easy way to the restaurant and I hope next time I will put everything there what is really included in the payment worth 600lei the swimming pool is not included that's what the woman said but because I double checked before i booked the apartment.I looked at the included items, the access pool is there, but the woman there says that we don't access to the pool so we need to pay 125 lei per each for the entrance of the pool.

The food was so good hope next time there’s a rice.

They should focus more on cleaning the bathrooms and rooms. Here is a rather big minus. If this problem is solved, it would probably be an exceptional accommodation.

Had a coffee machine but no coffee, could have been 2 keys one key was hard to share, not really good directions to spa or restaurant but that is the resorts fault not the owner of this apartment. Apartment was stunning

it is privet apartment that not belong to the hotel complex so we wait for the man with the key that was new and its took time to find how to reach the apartment. the parking far from the apartment . at the morning it become very hot because of the location (it is good in the winter ) it took time to find how to operate the air condition .

Noting major, just a suggestion: although the balcony is small, it would be great to have a few chairs and a small table or even a stool serving as a table to be able to enjoy the views from the outside, while having a coffee in the morning, o or a drinking the evening.

Is very confusing how to reach the apartment through the garage.

Is 10 minutes driving from Poiana Brasov, in a very cosy and elegant location. Very safe and peaceful place. The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and I only can imagine how beautiful is in winter time.

No washing machine. No air cond in 2nd bedroom. Poor design of shower resulted in water flowing on the bathroom floor and out into the bedroom. Needs to be redesigned !

Amazing apartment spread across 3 levels. Very modern and well furnished. Awesome TV in living area and large bathrooms were nice too. The host was very helpful and kind.
