We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe suite is not s real suite, just one room divided in 2 for bed and sofa. The air conditioning was too strong and you cannot turn it off, just go to a higher temperature and put it on auto. The room was 160 euro for 1 night and the restaurant meal was about 40 dollars for one serving of salmon with salad and water. If I were to come back here... I would pick the Hilton next to the airport.. because it is in walking distance. With this one you need to book a shuttle and it takes 15 to 20 min due to the highway ... you cannot cross the highway like in the past, it is fenced and crazy crowded....the bridge cannot be done with luggage.
Very clean, great staff, great receptionists. They deserve a 10 of 10. But the hotel is overpriced for what it offers.I picked it due to the proximity to the airport, but you can only reach it by shuttle or bridge or uber etc... Not able to walk with the carry on...I could not sleep during the night, there is constant noise from the highway and airpprt, I though it was soundproof.

United KingdomEverything met my needs, so hard to identify anything that could have been better. The only problem was getting back to the airport in the morning in a car, which involved a significant detour along a very busy road.
I unexpectedly needed a room for one night near Bucharest Airport. This was handy and provided a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel in the early hours of the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room and breakfast were just right.

Convenient place when travelling from the airport. Good breakfast with a good variety of different choices. Comfortable bed and nice and big rooms. It is a bit noise outside (but it only disturbs when opening the window, which is not needed due to the AC). Friendly staff.

UkraineMy stay at the hotel on May 9-10, 2024 can be rated with the highest score. A wonderful hotel located very close to the airport. The hotel rooms are very cozy and clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I am very pleased with the pleasant consistency of cleanliness and convenience. I would especially like to note the work of the hotel staff: very kind, friendly, caring people work at the hotel, ready to gladly help in resolving any issues (with transfer, luggage storage, and a comfortable stay at the hotel) I speak English poorly and I don’t speak Romanian at all, but this was not a problem for me while staying at the hotel. The staff was diligent and patient in trying to understand and help me no matter what. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff and management of the hotel. I will definitely recommend your hotel to all my friends and acquaintances.

RomaniaWhat is a bit uncomfortable is the fact that there is no socket in the bathroom and I had to curl my hair sitting on my knees hear the bed. Also, one of their drivers is a bit grumpy, I even witnessed some unpolite behavior of him a while ago.
All is very good, good service for the money. The rooms are spacious , I like the colours of the room, the bed is comfortable and the fact that there is a coffee maker in the room, that makes this hotel a real airport hotel.
