You can't control the air conditioning system in the room. There was a digital thermostat but it was locked. The temperature in the room is control from the reception. We had all the time 26-27 degrees in the room, which was not ok, at least for us.

Paid late check out was not possible (although there were rooms available on booking), during weekends the pools are too crowded.

Location was good, rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is polite. Breakfast was good. Parking is conviniently provided on spot and under camera surveillance. Even just spending just a day is convenient is aqua park is equipped with lockers, showers and cabins…

- it will be nice if the information that hotel hosts, that has free access to the pools, don't has access to the lockers in aquapark - maybe some small lockers available for hotel hosts, so you can store room card.

Nice spacious and clean rooms with minifridge (minibar) and kettle. The breakfast and dinner was ok, little bit basic for a price but nice. The aquapark is very nice and clean and there was always some free sunbeds even on sundays afternoon.

In one bedroom apartment the sleeping sofa is too small for 2 people to sleep comfortably (even for 2 kids)! Pre-ordered dinner was cold (served 7-9 and we were there around 8pm) and they served same things like for breakfast.

Indoor pool and all indoor facilities are enough for families with kids. Two out of four days of our stay weather was a little bit cold for outdoor pools but that did not affect our joy at all. On those two days when weather was perfect we were not sure where to spend our day - kids were delighted and we could spend hottest part of a day indoor. We have additionally paid for the dinner and that was excellent decision food was delicious. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Receptionist helped us with language barrier (we had to buy some medicine) and they wrote down a message on Romanian for us. Housekeeping staff and cleaning stuff (both for rooms and around the pools) are very professional.

We had the optional dinner once, and honestly, we weren't blown away, it was a pretty standard small buffet, and they basically ran out of some meals near the end of the dinner time. It's better to order something out of the hotel and get it delivered to you. Also, there was a guy at the pool who insisted that we cannot go down the large slides with our 2 year old, as it allegedly caused the slide signaling light to malfunction - this is clearly not the case. Parents should be the only ones held responsible for any incidents if going down the large slides with their kids. BTW, the slides are perfectly safe, so I really don't get the concerns.

Wonderful stay! My husband and I were here with our kid, and friends, and we enjoyed every second of it. The location is not ideal, but honestly, if you're looking to relax, you don't need to exit the hotel, ever. The breakfast was OK, not too large selection, and there was an option to get dinner in the hotel. The pools are fantastic, super fun activities for both adults and kids, a large Sauna area with different saunas, tropical showers and relaxation space. There is a bar in the outdoor pool, which was ideal for us, as it was roughly 14 degrees outside, but we still got to enjoy the sun in the warm pool water. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Everything is super clean, and it wasn't crowded at all when we visited. We'll come back again, definitely!

Excellent breakfast, sweet and savory. Great coffee. Staff is helpful, speak great excellent English. Parking was big and free, food nice, SPA is great with various saunas, salt room and thermal pool. Aqua park is great, clean, worm and great fun for the whole family.

More multilingual signs in the spa and aquapark would be nice (almost everything is in Romanian).

Hotel is new and very nice, connected with the aquapark and spa (you can go from your room to the aquapark in your bathrobe - which is free and available in the room). Great breakfast. Spacious and very clean room. Some tea, coffee and even hot chocolate in the room. Very good WiFi across whole complex.

Breakfast was nothing special. Location is not great as there is not much around, also it is close to train tracks so if you have light sleep it may bother you. There were no options for lunch/dinner for hotel guests. Though i noticed hotel responses that it had plans to open restoran for the dinner, not sure if they changed it or not. Launch option exist at the pools, but there is a lot of space for improvement, from quality to the fact that there are not many options and often you have to wait for things to get prepared.

New facilities. Pools and slides are good for and clean. Staff is friendly. It is great that it has enough parking space. All in all, it is a nice place. Would come back.
