“Apartment was in a small block within 10 minutes walking distance from the main Zadar bus station. The owner's instructions on how to access the apartment were very good, her mother met me with a key and showed me around. Facilities were excellent, everything you might need for a longer stay. There is also a washing machine and facilities for drying clothes outside. Kolovare beach is 5 minutes walk away, and nearby Karma restaurant is fantastic.”

“The key collection was easy but finding the apartment was a nightmare. I had to ask several locals and the police and they couldn't the place. In the end a very kind bar owner from just around the corner steeped in and rang the owners, it still took both of use about 10 minutes to identify which door and we only did that because we have a video on the key box. Clearer instructions at check in would have helped and a name or number on the door. I know Zadar well so not sure how other people cope”

“The apartment surroundings is a very quiet area and you can find free parking easily in the nearby streets. It is true that then you have 25 minutes walking to the Zadar oldtown (Land Gate) but in our case, we prefer it better than expending time trying to find parking in the city center surroundings.”
“We had a great vacation here. The house is very practical, it had all the necessities. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There was hand soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, insect repellents were also provided. The surroundings are very private and quiet, away from the city, so you get to completely relax. The pool gets cleaned every couple of days. It was amazing, definitely the highlight of our stay.”
