“We did not have breakfast, it’s says including but was told it was £8 each which was fine so we told the lady on the evening before we would pay and have 4 breakfasts. When we came down at 9am we were told we should have told another person and she hadn’t cooked us anything as she didn’t know we wanted anything? Even though breakfast was 9am till 10am ? So we said forget about it. My friends room stunk of excretion and when we told the lady she said she knew about it but they have tried to get rid of the smell but unable to. The smell was awful as soon as you entered the room. It also said on the river bank but doesn’t mention your actually on a really busy dual carriageway which is so busy. Dirty horrible venue”
