“We really enjoyed our short stay at Privatzimmer im Gasthaus Engel - we had a lovely room with private bathroom/shower and a small kitchen area with cooking facilities suitable for preparing a simple meal, complete with fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Very clean, warm and cosy and in a perfect quiet position in the city but close enough to be able to walk into the centre. Lovely friendly and helpful host who was extremely welcoming to us. Private parking outside a big plus too as we were using our car. We would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Lovely guesthouse in the middle of a beautiful town. We were doing the Rhine Cycle route (Eurovelo 15) so this was a good stopping point for us.
We booked it as it was reasonably priced. Would definitely say it was good value for money. Comfy and clean rooms, a room to store our bikes, and a great breakfast.
The restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed but it was easy enough to get the train into nearby Bludenz.
The staff were also very helpful.”
“Great quiet location for one night stay, Free parking. 2 bedrooms however no door in between so no privacy. Also the bathroom can be approached through a "public" corridor so not private. The owner is very friendly and the location of the house is close to the highway. Nearby by car is a very good steak restaurant. The place also facilitates a small room where you can make your coffee, also not private. Not used however there's also a bath.”

The room was pretty spacious, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and they both smelled good.
We had a nice porch with a stunning view.
Breakfast was delicious and diverse.
We also had a private parking space near the entrance.
We’ll surely come back!!!”
