“The reception staff is kind helpful, she arrange a room with Matterhorn view, which is perfect, even I couldn’t see the golden Matterhorn due to the clouds around it.”
“Breakfast was very nicely managed by the staff and with adequate variety. Reception area is very nice with a bar and sitting area. Room had a balcony and quite spacious. Bathroom had a bathtub. Location was very convenient for city and railway station access.”
“We had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn, where we sat and drank coffee every morning. After hiking all over in the mountains, we returned every afternoon to enjoy the pool, sauna and hot tub. This was amazing. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for eating out. And the location was perfect, really close to the Sunnegga/Rothorn gondolas, and not far from the Gornergrat train or center of town. We could not have asked for a better stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.”
