  “We received a warm welcome on arrival by the owner with an immediate offer to take us to the train station complimentary. That was only the start of all the personal touches. Twin room had 3 beds in. We requested if they could cook us a omelette or fried eggs instead of the eggs they served for breakfast. It was no bother and done with a smile. Instead of just dropping us off at the railway station the manager carried our luggage and introduced us to the man behind ticket counter. All these small and so important things are not seen other. Well done from seasoned worldwide travellers.”

  “The location of the hotel is fabulous. The scenery is something else, with snow capped mountains all around and a lake just over the road. The hotel was comfortable and the food was delicious. Bike hire was a huge bonus.”

  “It’s a lovely old original property in a quaint old fashioned typically Swiss / Italian square. The room was just the right size with a lovely warm bathroom floor. Breakfast was continental and comprehensive.”

  “This was one of my best ever hotel stays. I received a warm welcome. The staff were constantly asking if I was okay and if I needed anything. I had a fantastic meal in the hotel restaurant where the service was also outstanding. My room was comfortable.”
