“We loved our stay in Villa Oleander! If you are looking for an apartment in Ulcinj, stop and book this one. We loved the hosting family, they are truly the best and extremely friendly and attentive but not annoying.
Apartment was spotlessly clean (brand new), with youtube, netflix, best matress, top bathroom, blinds and soundproofing for sound sleeeping (mega appreciated after some other acommodations we tried..)...
We also liked that we could park the car directly in front of our apartment, in the shadow under the trea.
And the breakfast Mrs Mama made are like heaven (absolutely worthy to order) ,served on the terrace with the best view on the whole town and on the see.
If we ever come back, this is the place to stay. :)
It is very close to the town, they will also give you lots of personal recommendation where is safe and worthy to eat, where to go etc.
Value vs. price to some other acommodations in there is on other level - top leistung:)

“Everything was perfect! Miroslav is a very hospitable man, he made our vacation so comfortable, we could ask anything! Facilities are great! We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the we-equipped outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the swimming pool and sun beds. Another good point that there is a pizzeria nearby (cooking not just pizza though) with delicious food and pleasant prices, so we went there twice when we didn't want to cook. The nearest beach is not crowded at all having some shady spots due to the trees.”
“The location is like 2 minutes from the beach which was great. The view from the terrace was lovely. The size of the terrace and the room is big. The furniture is new and the space is well thought out in order to make the stay as comfortable as possible.”
“Apartments were very clean and nice. There was a big kitchen-living room and bedroom. We were happy to have coffee machine. Capsules were included, and they could be found in the Voli market if you want more. There is also a terrace where there are table and chairs. Also a big clothes dryer on the terrace and washing machine - this is very important if you are travelling with children. Also there is an iron. I suggest landlord also to provide with ironing board, but this is not necessary thing actually. Place was very quiet, you will hear only birds and cicadas in the morning and evening (is not it a pleasure to hear sound of nature:)). It is better to use car to get to the beach, as by foot it will take about 25 minutes.
After 10 days of vacation there I feel very comfortable and full of pleasant memories.
The beach at this place is clean, wide and with less people. Also you can take your pets on the beach. I suggest this place to everyone who wants to have a comfortable quiet place.”
