“Safe and nice part of the city, very close to the old town. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, matching the pictures and description. Good communication with the owner.
Parking is close to the apartment (Indigo) and costs €12.30 per day. Once you are in the parking, the exit is through Les Halles de Tours, almost next to the building, where you can find a variety of food. In front of the building, parking is free from 18:30 to 09:00. During the day, it costs €2 per hour, but the third hour costs €30.”
“The location and facilities were the key elements to the choice of house. It appeared quiet as the church tower was someway away (had to check with Google maps) Everything worked and a nice (shared although unintrusive) garden space. It was realtively quiet given the semi rural location and the doings of people getting on with life. The real test is would one return - YES and would you recommend to a friend - YES”
“Location was great, just on edge of town and walking distance to the chateau at Azay. Was a private and quiet location with car parked right outside in secure gated area off road. Had our own roof terrace to sit out on, with chairs and a table tennis table! close to lots of restaurants.
Bathroom very nice with good shower and plenty of hot water.
Owner very helpful, we couldn't get in and thought there was something wrong but we just had to push the door harder! he also supplied a kettle that night as there wasn't one as itemised in the property.”

“Communications and responsiveness from the property manager Alice were first class. The website information provided by Alice was fairly comprehensive. The view from the balcony out over the countryside is lovely. The apt had the equipment listed. It is well located to visit Amboise, Chenonceau and other chateaux. The beds were comfortable.”
