Thierry's french toast is something else. We ate dinner at Maison Leonard every night because the food was so good, and great value. We wanted a relaxing few days and that is exactly what we got. We had to leave early to get to our channel crossing on the final day so as well as early coffee and toast, Thierry provided us with a box of croissants and pain au chocolate to keep us going.
