“Beautiful spa and sauna area chill out place and very relaxing. Hotel is in the center of Neustift but quiet place with nice garden and big parking place. All staff family is very pleasant and taking time for short talk about our stay. Very good breakfast and nice dinners.

“We visited in September and although the weather was cool we had an exceptionally warm welcome from the family at this wonderful ‘home away from home. ‘ Throughout the booking process and up until the day we departed the service was friendly but efficient. The property is well located for visiting local villages and towns both by car and public transport The room was clean warm and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.. We thoroughly recommend this accommodation and should we be heading in that direction again would not hesitate to rebook.”

“Sylvia is a fantastic host living with her family in the same property. The glacier view from the apartment is stunning. The location close to the Stubai ski system is perfect. There are nice restaurants on walking distance. The chicken in the garden added to the atmosphere and Sylvia provided fresh eggs in the mornings along with bread from a local bakery. 2 bathrooms with high pressure showers and as hot water as you’d like and 2 separate toilets made it very comfortable for 6 people. Well-equipped kitchen and whatever special kitchen utensils we missed Sylvia provided it.”
