“I have been vacationing in Hvar for over 20 years now, and tried out a wide variety of different accommodations- from private rooms to luxury hotels. This year I was pleasantly surprised by this new gem in the very heart of the city, and will be definitely coming back 🫶🏼. What can I say - by far the best location in the city. Everything is close by - from restaurants, bars, fruit&veggies market to parking… One cannot wish for more. The interior is exquisite - spacious and with a lot of attention to details (huge compliments to whomever did the interior design - might “steal” a few ideas). The staff was pleasant and the handover smooth. And, in the morning we were treated to complimentary breakfast in my fav coffee place in Hvar - Coffee Snob, which definitely made my day!

“This was one of the best experiences our family had. We stayed in Josko's place for a week, and it was super.
Josko was very helpful and kind. To pre-empty all doubts, I will share my honest thinking. Living in a modern society, we are very doubtful if someone gives you advice or tips, especially when you travel in an unfamiliar environment, as we all know there could be hidden agenda or interest, and also there could be scams. So, at first, we were doubtful when Josko recommended some places, but all turned out really well and we really appreciated his thoughtfulness and genuine offer of help.
- The van Josko arranged for us was useful. We are a family of five and needed a bigger car with luggage, and the driver he connected with us was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport with my name. And he dropped us off right in front of the place. The driver was indeed Josko's friend 😉. The price was 50 euro from airport to Josko's place which was actually cheaper than uber (On the way back, we paid 55 euros for Uber van)
- We arrived early in the morning, and thankfully with the guest leaving around the same time, Josko let us leave our luggage and backpacks at his place while cleaning was done. He sent me whatsapp messages with recommended restaurants and also kindly explained what it is like for locals. He also shared some useful links like ferry, beaches, etc.
- During the stay I suddenly had lower back pain and I whataspp Josko to ask which hospital I should go. He kindly called me to check in and sent me a location to the hospital where his acquaintance works as a doctor. It was not far from the location and the doctor he referred was kind and helpful. This was another level of support I received. And it was not expensive to use (costed me 50 euro to see the doctor and also got two shots, prescription for medicine). And the doctor was just so kind and I felt already better just meeting him.

“we liked everything, we felt like at home, the kitchen is fully equipped, a wonderful place, where the beach is a few minutes by foot, the old town is also very close. especially the wonderful doorman Niksa, who allowed us to enter the apartment 2 hours earlier, because we arrived earlier, we really recommend it and would come back 100%. “The owner picked us up from the ferry which was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy, all the facilities worked perfectly and the accommodation was spacious and well layed out. The pool was very nice and we used it alot. The kitchen was well serviced and had everything we needed. Every room had aircon, so at night you could cool down and sleep. The owner checked in with us from time to time to ensure all was OK. Bol itself is a fantastic resort and easy to get to with multiple beaches and into the wonderful town itself.”
