“JR Luxury Guesthouse 2 is located right in the centre of Split Old Town, which makes it a very convenient base for a stay in Split where sightseeing is part of the plan. The apartment itself is pleasant, modern, and clean. Our host, Negri, was very helpful with instructions on finding the apartment and gaining access. Overall I would recommend JR Luxury Guesthouse2 to anyone thinking of a short stay in Split.”

“Room was clean and comfortable, with a very nice view on the fortress and sea from the terrace, and a nice shower. Very good value for money.
Location was good, a bit outside of the town center to avoid the crowds and noise, so very quiet (you do need to walk up hill/stairs to get there though).
Kate is a super nice host. On our first day, she gave us recommendations about what to do in Hvar. On our last day, after checkout, she let us leave our bags at the hotel and even take a shower after we spent the day at the beach, before taking the catamaran back to Split.”

“It was super central! Step out of the door and you're in the middle of all the action. Perfect location! It was also very secure; you have to get through a locked lobby door before getting to your locked apartment. Our host was very responsive to our requests and communication. Self check in was easy.”
“The location was excellent. 7 minutes walk to the very centre of old town. Lots of grocery stores and bakeries around. The contact with the owner was really fast and pleasant. We were offered a transport from and to the airport and we could store our luggage for a few hours before the departure.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge and a kettle, so we could prepare breakfast ourselves. You need to buy paper plates and cutlery though, as there are none in the house, but that's an easy thing to do with many shops around.
The flat was clean and cosy, warm blanket, comfy bed, and everything you need for a 3-day-long stay. We will definitely be back. :)”
