“The price, location, cleanest, our cabin with ensuite, the kitchen and dining area was a nice size, the staff and other guest were friendly, has a pool bbq area , sitting area under shady tree , it is a back packers villiage you get what you pay for , will stay again after a long drive , we are a 55/65 aged couple”
“My stay at the 1770 Eco Camp was a mixed bag for me not having a great many expectations or even being prepared for the Glamping experience - I rode my BMW R1200 RT with a light backpack and a few essentials. The Eco Camp was a few klms out of 1770 - easy to find.
The camp was well laid out clean and eco sustainable - the owners have put a lot of thought into the layout and amenity of the camp. It was clean, family friendly and quiet. The showers and camp kitchen were easily accessible - clean and ample. WIFI was good and quick. The camp and the tent even had a USB outlet for charging my phone.
The tent was large abt 4 mtrs diameter - clean, easily accessible and comfortable. The bedding was excellent - better than most 4 star hotels/motels. Nice pillows and good weight blanket. My tent came with some small variable speed fans - worked a treat considering the relatively warm conditions over the weekend.”
