“Very nice hotel in a good location of Phuket old town. The staff were really nice and even helped booked a lot of our trips such as water park and ferry’s. The beds were really comfy and the air conditioning was amazing. Pool stays open all day and night. Good value for money.”

“Property itself was a nice layout and close to beach. It is about a 15 min walk away from the main area , there are hotels a lot closer in around the same price. The rooms were nice , but the bed was quite hard. The rooms were clean in general but when looking for stuff under the bed we found old tissues and socks. Most of the staff were nice , we found a few of them a bit unhelpful and rude but on the other hand some of the staff were extremely nice and helpful when I lost my phone and done what they could to help which balanced it out for us. We ate the breakfast one day, the view is really nice from the breakfast area as it looks over the sea but we weren’t fond of the breakfast so we didn’t go back. We did sleep in past the check out time at 11am and they didn’t charge us but I think this was down the staff member behind the desk at the time who just wanted to help me find my phone , I wish I got their name as they were great help and let us sit there a lot of the day to try track phone and got us a charger and put air conditioning on. The security guards were all very nice and helpful too. We also liked that they came and got our bags from the port and brought them back to get the ferry.”
“Excellant hotel and location, in Lamai, rooms were on the beach. Big, comfortable beds, effective AC, clean and large walk in shower. furniture was old style teak, great. shops and restaurants nearby, taxis to other places available. hotel organised our transfers which was a helpful. Nice breakfast. nearby beach bars for cocktails and fire show. Great value due to size of rooms and beach front.”
“Great property if your looking for a retreat and relaxation, we stayed in the pool room and had an extra night in the pool sea view room which is amazing, some people have moaned about the water pressure yes it does sometimes lack but it’s not a big deal, the breakfast could be more varied but was still very good would definitely stay here again it is just a little of the beaten track so you will need a bike , car or use grab also it’s next to a nice restaurant called treetop I think it was called”
