“The rooms are larger than normal it's located in the centre of the Town 2 minutes from the beach the lady who cleans the room is very good The owner at reception is very helpful”

  • “We were on a business trip in Bulgaria, so we made a short detour to the resort. Overall, I would say that for a 5-star hotel, there is an expected international standard, but compared to similar-rated hotels I've stayed in before, the Wave was a bit disappointing. The facility itself is absolutely great: spacious, organized, well-maintained, and has pleasant common areas with an excellent pool area. The hotel's outdoor pool (and its surroundings) has a very nice atmosphere and is attractive and inviting, but unfortunately, it is ice-cold. The relaxation area around the pool is also well-maintained, clean, has plenty of sunbeds, and is aesthetically pleasing with lush greenery; this was particularly appealing. The wellness/fitness/sauna section is excellent, well-equipped, with a pleasant atmosphere and sufficient space in the saunas and relaxation room. The room we booked was spacious and clean, offering a good view of the fountain and the sea. The soundproofing in the room is also excellent. However, there was occasionally an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom.”

“The hotel room was beautiful and cozy, and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. Even though the pool was too cold to swim in, we could still enjoy some sun by it. We also tried the continental breakfast and it was delicious! I can strongly recommend!”

  • “We loved this place, it was very comfortable, clean and modern. It is most probably the best place to stay in Sinemorec.”

  • Guest House Elit Review score: 8

“Nice tripple bed private en-suite room on 2nd floor of a lovely home/house. Verry quiet with few guests. Guest House is located just off Bogoridi, a mainly padestrian, long, sloping street, full of lively cafes, bars, shops and cafes. Guest house is a 10-15 minute walk from the train/bus station. Also about a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach and the Sea Garden. The guest house is a simple affair. 3 lots of Steps lead to the private rooms. My room contained 3 single beds with a bed sheet, blanket and pillow. Small cubbard next to bed, plug socket by bed. One heater and a large window to let in air. Window had curtains and blinds. 1 key to enter both the building and room. Small bathroom with a toilet with paper, sink with bar of soap and shower on wall, no shower curtain or glass cubical. Rubbish bin in bathroom, hooks to hang towel. Bath matt to put on floor. Large bath towel and one hand towel provided. Free, good speed WiFi. Would stay again. Roughly UK £71 for 2 nights. No breakfast or tea/coffee. Tap water is drinkable. Great location.”
