“Nova was perfect, from arrival, the staff were super accommodating. The suites look brand new, and have great views. This was the first time I booked accommodation (instead of my wife), and she loved it. Breakfast was good too, only criticism was no salt for my eggs 😞”
“The property was gorgeous, it was nice and private which we loved. It was kept clean and tidy, Maria the host was lovely and helped us book our excursion trip to the volcano and sorted out our airport transfers! She was great. The property itself was fab because it was a 7 min walk to the nearest bus stop which is good if you want to visit Akrotiri, Perissa. It was a 20 min walk to Thira which wasn’t bad at all and from there the central bus station was there so you could go anywhere - including to Oia! The location might not be your typical cliffside apartment but it provides privacy, is near shops and is close to everything to explore the island. We loved it!”

the flat is close to the free beach; near the port to Türkiye; 10 minute walk from Kos town centre. It is close to restaurants and markets. The location outside the center means that the night is quiet, even if typical clubs are not far away.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and an electric kitchen. It has two balconies. Nearby there are free beaches and bars/restaurants where sunbeds are free with drinks. The host is very kind: she served us with fresh water and she offered us fruit during our trip. Next to the house there is also a bar where you can have breakfast which is not included in the apartment.”
“The property is absolutely beautiful with the most breathtaking view! A 5 min drive to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen Agios Prokopios Beach. I love the Olive Era products used in the villa, these product are amazing and add a special touch. Thank you Eirini for meeting us at check in as well we helping us order a taxi when we checked out and headed to the airport.

“Wonderful villa, really nicely presented, kitchen very very well equipped, spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, quality linen. One en-suite shower and one family bathroom. Electric shutters to keep rooms cool with insect screens too. Living large and open plan. The cherry on the cake is the outdoor garden, pool and seating areas, it’s magnificent and pictures don’t really do it justice. Leontis is supportive and responsive to requests. Lardos coastal area is quaint lots of restaurants etc within easy walk. Lardos village inland is lovely and has bigger ABC supermarket, bakery restaurants etc. We had the best time. We have stayed in many villas and highly recommend Villa del Nonno 😎”
“The location was great - the beach was almost visible from our front gate. It was very hot while we were there, (over 30 degrees some days) but the rooms were nice and cool with aircon in every room. It was a short walk to the centre of the town. We had a buggy, but if just walking you could walk along by the cliffs and seafront which was lovely. There were plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and shops withing easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious and both showers were very good.”
“Margarita was such a friendly, helpful host. She catered to our every need and was always available (literally next door) if we wanted or needed for anything. Her pet turtle which roamed around under our balcony was a bonus for the kids! We traveled with our two kids (2 & 3 years olds) so it was great to be able to avail of her washing machine when needed. The apartment was very convenient within easy walking distance of a large supermarket, plus a smaller shop around the corner, the town beach, cafe's, pizzeria and the beautiful old town.”
