“The rural location – midway between Skopelos town and Stafylos Beach, each just 2 km away, makes for a perfect Skopelos holiday base.
We had the upper floor Athina apartment, with its large balcony overlooking fields and olive groves, with pine-forested mountains in the distance.
Our hosts, Nikos and his wife Andromache were kindness itself, and had generously filled the apartment’s fridge for us with well-chosen food items, drinks and treats! This set the pattern throughout our stay, with the family’s unobtrusive approach focused entirely on creating the best possible holiday for their guests. The best example being Nikos reprogramming the TV’s Netflix app from Greek to English, just for us! Their little children, Georgios and Spiros were delightful as they played in the pomegranate tree garden; we met their cats and dog, with an entertaining donkey making its presence heard in the adjoining field!
The apartment was well-furnished, with an excellent bathroom, kitchen area - and a wonderfully comfortable bed. We were relieved to discover that all windows were fitted with fly screens – so no need for mosquito precautions!
We enjoyed a wonderful 2-week stay, would happily recommend the apartments to anyone… and would be delighted to return to Estia on some future holiday!”

“Great apartment very close to beach, restaurants and bus stop. Very quiet area and close to beautiful beaches, Kastani and Milia beaches. The apartment was comfortable, clean and specious. In the kitchen was everything what was needed. The bed was on the second level and it was very comfortable. Next to the apartment there is a car rental and they offer also a boat rental. We really enjoyed our stay in Panormos Maisonettes. The owner was helpful and very nice. I highly recommend it.”
“Cosy ground floor room in Skopelos Town. The location is quiet with a few shops nearby, but it is only 5 to 10 minutes' walk to the bus station, ferry port, restaurants and cafes. The room is small, but well-equipped and included complimentary honey and olive oil. Manolis and Chris were welcoming and also helped me with some laundry and arranging a taxi back after an excursion.”

“loved the home. so much space. the kitchen and decks were fabulous. the views are amazing from the living areas, decks and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. great location even though the road is steep and a bit scary. it is very near the only beach in skopelos.
there were also some lovely extras provided - bottle of wine, milk, juice, coffee pods, snacks, butter, condiments.
the sunrises are amazing.
you definitely need a car to stay here but that allows you to see so much of this beautiful island.”
