“Spacious apartment on 2 floors with large kitchen/dining with sofabed, above bathroom and bedroom. The dining opens onto a good-sized terrace with table & chairs and partial view to distant sea - terrace feels quite private - the apartments across the street seemed unused. There's a separate WC with clothes washing sink next to kitchen.
Less than 5 mins walk to restaurants street and 10 mins to harbour.
Bright and clean.
If you struggle with steep narrow staircases you'd like Le Gem cos the stairs here are "modern" width and pitch!
With luck can park on nearby streets - it's not in ZTA but be careful with nearby ZTA streets.
We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed properly equipped to self cater.”

“We stayed 2 nights in a house that is in a good location, 10 minutes away from the famous Mondello beach. Parking in front of the villa in the street. Francesco and Ciara do their best to host guests and give advice and help in choosing restaurants and what to see. The house is surrounded by a garden with tables and chairs for lounging. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, there are also welcome drinks and goodbye cookies from Palermo pastry shop. Special thanks to Francesco who strives to be in touch with the guests.”

“Great apartment with three terraces if you include the one from the double room. Great little bakery just around the corner. 10min stroll to the beach and then another 10 mins to main area. Enrico gave some great restaurant recommendations. For info there is a free bus 84 from main square. Check under the stair fir beach brolley before buying one.”
“Everything was great. The property looks newly renovated and felt classy. The views were absolutely spectacular which included a balcony view of Mount Etna. The facilities were also superb.”
