“This hotel was just an 8-10 min walk from the main train station. It's less than 10 min walk from the start of main street shopping and restaurants. It's also only 15 min from a lovely view point trail overlooking the village of Zermatt. Included a lovely breakfast buffet with all swiss meats, cheeses, breads, cereals and coffee and tea.
There is also 3 types of Saunas, including an aromatherapy sauna which was amazing and so relaxing after being on trains, and on my feet all day!
Staff spoke very good English and were so pleasant. I was able to leave my bag there after check out while I spent the day on the Gornergrat tour... also highly recommended. They then drove me back to the station in their electric shuttle.
I will stay there again! Beautiful views of the Mattehorn from the entrance!”

“I got email asking if you are late check in , keys for the apartment will be kept next to reception but keys were not kept there. I was standing outside and seeking help from roadside people along with my 2 year old daughter. No any phone number provided no any contact details no keys of the apartment, finally somehow one of the member staying there helped me to connect reception and i managed room but that room was without key that was another challenge. If they already sent email for me if i check in late they gonna leave keys next to reception , then i was in the same impression and i arrived late but no contact no keys and only challenge was ahead. very bad experience. I strongly recommend people if they want to travel this place either travel on time or ask for mobile number to communicate.”

“Definitely my favourite stay in Davos so far. The staff were lovely, the room comfortable, tasteful and well equipped. Excellent value for money. The included breakfast was great including eggs cooked to order and freshly squeezed orange juice.
The hotel also has a nice bar/pub downstairs”
