“The hotel is like a little village on the seafront, it has beautiful gardens which are very well maintained. We booked a deluxe double room with sea view and it was just prefect. It was clean, spacious and modern. We only booked breakfast as we thought we could explore local restaurants however there was really no need to leave the complex. There are two restaurants serving lunch and dinner. The main one being the buffet style restaurant, which was 80 euros for the two of us and included a bottle of wine. The A La Carte restaurant near the beach can be booked on the day and served delicious food which was also reasonably priced. There is also another bar area for afternoon/evening drinks. All the staff were friendly and our waitress, Maria at the A La Carte restaurant was just amazing. We also booked the infinity pool for an afternoon, which cost 30 euros for the both of us, this was a very relaxing area and we ended up having it all to ourselves as no one else had booked.”

“The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful - it has a traditional feel with mature plants/flowers and a gorgeous pool area. The breakfast was superb with lots of options and an idyllic setting to dine overlooking the pool and amongst the flowers and olive trees. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a sweet private seating area overlooking the beautiful and very well maintained garden and pool area. The perfume of the many mature jasmine plants scented the air everywhere, and especially in the private seating areas outside the rooms, which was divine! The team there are all exceptionally friendly. I'd definitely recommend Relais Villa Carola.”

“Although we like firm beds, the bed was almost too firm. The location was fantastic in that it was close to the rail and bus stations and the centre with loads of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was acceptable but was rather boring if staying for 7 nights as it did not vary at all.”
