However, what made my stay truly exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, Dimitris and Konstantina greeted me with warm smiles and remarkable attention. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home and catered to all my needs.
The room service, led by Lucas, was simply outstanding. He knew my preferences and brought me delicious breakfasts every morning. What a joy to start my day this way!
I can’t overlook the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, thanks to Maya and Margo (Margarita), who did an extraordinary job while being incredibly kind. Their attention to detail and warmth truly made a difference.

The food at 1888 Santorini was Devine! *Chefs kiss* The Honey balls are a must try!! Very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities (fantastic pool) and close to Fira Town centre, only a 5 minute quad bike ride away. If you're going to stay in Santorini Apeiron Blue is the place to be.”
