“Centrally located but with stunning clifftop views from our balcony to which breakfast was served to us every morning. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Air conditioned rooms are serviced twice a day. Infinity pool is amazing.”
“The property is just amazing… fantastic location in Fira on the eastern side and the pictures on the website are exactly as you see. The facilities are great, spotlessly clean and it is a fairly new property.
The room was just wonderful and the layout was just perfect. Loads of power points for charging (both sides of the bed), the bed was so comfortable, the linen and towels were of good high quality and so soft. We had a bar fridge with complimentary water, tea and coffee facilities, bathrobes and a safe.
Security at the hotel is very good. Front door is always locked and you get a key for access.
The room we booked (A2) suite with sea view, heated pool and had a Hammam (takes a while to heat up but so worth it) in the room and it was great… we also had a plunge pool and access to the garden.
The staff here are wonderful, Hina and Dior went over and above for us during our stay. We were on our honeymoon and they made us feel so special and had a lovely bottle of wine in the room upon our arrival. We also received a special breakfast on our last day which was great.
Communication with the hotel was great and they got in touch prior to our arrival and arranged transfers for us. They then communicated through WhatsApp during the stay to ensure you are having a great stay or if you need anything at all. Any questions we had could be simply answered over WhatsApp or a quick visit to the reception.
Hina provided some great local advise on restaurants and bars. This included any recommendations once we had left the property.
All in all a great place to stay… 10 out of 10.”
