I recently stayed at Regina Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel was not up to standard. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the front desk staff seemed uninterested in providing any sort of friendly service.
The room itself was in terrible condition. The bathroom and room floor was stained and smelled musty, the furniture was outdated and in disrepair, and the bathroom was far from clean. There was mold in the shower, and the sink had a constant drip that kept me awake at night. The bed was uncomfortable, with lumpy mattress and scratchy sheets that felt like sandpaper against my skin.
To make matters worse, even if it is ventage needs to be more carefully with the smell and second worse part I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy.
When I attempted to address these issues with the hotel staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solutions or apologies. The overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel was shocking, especially given the high price I paid for the room.
I would not recommend Regina Hotel to anyone. My stay was unpleasant and far below what I expected. Save your money and find a hotel that actually cares about its guests and maintains a decent standard of cleanliness and service.”
