“We stayed for a matter of hours - as planned. The room was basic (TV, aircon and en-suite toliet/shower room but perfect for our needs. Check in was smooth - the owner / manager spoke English. We wanted somewhere reasonably priced closer to the airport, so we could have somewhere cool to take a nap. The food (burger, fries and pizzas were all nice and were accompanied by a delicious fruit salad. Food prices were very reasonable. there was a small pool - more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool, which was clean but we did not use it. It is around 10 minute walk to some waterside bars and another 10 minutes further to a nice beach, which had more bars for drinks / food. It is a bit too far out of the way for visiting RIo's sights but for a quiet, short, beach getaway it would be a great find. The rooms and bathrooms are getting a bit worn now but they were clean and the air con worked well.”
“Even better than the photos. Waking up to the sound of the ocean is so beautiful. It’s such a quiet little fishing beach which we loved. The room was clean, comfortable with everything you need. Staff were gorgeous and friendly. The hotel boat is amazing for a day trip on the water. And the restaurant next door where they serve breakfast is just perfect.”
