“After a disastrous time at Fitzroy Island, I checked back into Crystalbrook Riley.From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were absolutely amazing! I mentioned my terrible experience at Fitzroy Island, and they immediately upgraded my room, which was modern and came with a stunning view. I had stayed one night before the Fitzroy disaster and was so impressed that I immediately rebooked for the rest of my trip. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. Last night , I dined with room service, which was delicious, but the hotel also offers multiple restaurant options and a perfect location with many great dining choices nearby. Crystalbrook Riley turned my vacation around with their incredible service and attention to detail. If Fitzroy Island was a scene from a horror movie, Crystalbrook Riley was the feel-good rom-com where everything goes right. Thank you”
