“The facility is largely automated but when we faced a problem the lady in charge showed up and was extremely professional, helpful and very friendly. She even provided extra coffee capsules, stored my luggage whole day while I participated in a cycling event all day. When I showed up in the evening, tired, sweaty and disoriented, she offered a place to freshen up. The room was much more spacious than many other places in town where I have stayed previously.”
