“The property is just beside the train station, Dobbiaco itself is a very beautiful town. I liked the old charm of this hotel, big sprawling lawn in the front and an old-style bar and breakfast hall, made me feel a little back in time. The room and bathroom were basic, clean and well-equipped with necessities. All the staff were amazing to us, the person at the bar very efficiently packed a cappucino-to-go for me.”

“Our apartment (Everest) was located on the ground floor with very easy access to the facilities, the village and the train station. We loved it was clean, modern and spacious with a large comfortable bed.
We used the lovely heated swimming pool (maybe not for small children as there is no "shallow" end) but did not have the opportunity to use the sauna. Extra robes and towels are provided if you leave a deposit.
A big bonus was a free travel pass for the duration of our stay that allowed us to use the local trains and buses at no cost.. The public transport was clean, frequent and punctual which made exploring the valley a real pleasure.
The staff, particularly Deborah, were very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and how to get there.”
