“The hosts have given great thought to providing everything and more to make the stay an enjoyable one.
We particularly loved the outdoor kitchen, which we used daily for meals, on the hot plate, pizza oven, and bbq.
Agnes came round one evening with a fresh homebaked Brioche, which was lovely.
We all made good use of the pool, especially the 2 grandsons , and enjoyed evening games of Boulles and table tennis.
We didn't hire a car, which I was sceptical of, but we enjoyed the short walk around 10 minutes away from the shopping mall and the Carrefour supermarket.
Close to the supermarket is the train station San Sauveur which we used to commute down to NICE, and then purchase a 7 day pass to use on tram and buses, have to thank Agnes and Pascal who provided all the information. for this.
Although Agnes and Pascal lived in the building, they were not intrusive, and it felt like we were there on our own.
It was a lovely holiday enjoyable but also emotional as we were there, with my stepdaughter her husband and 2 grandsons, to see my partners ex husband 2 brother in laws, his best friend and 2 sisters arrive after cycling close to a 1000 miles from North of France to raise funds for the MIND charity in memory of my partners 25 year old son who we lost a year to the day, in total 18 of the family made the trip to see their arrival.on the beach front / promenade in NICE.
It was a holiday one that the whole family needed and a fitting tribute to a smashing lad taken too soon.”

“A centrally-located and very chic Juan les-Pins apartment. Top floor views from a big balcony across the Med and a literal stones throw to a nice sandy swimming beach. A short walk to the train station where you can be whisked to Cannes in less than ten minutes. The size of this property is a major feature - it really is a super comfortable place to stay. Sophisticated interior design and the owner couldn't be more helpful.”
“Very close to city center and beach, the view over the port is excellent. Though the immediate neighbourhood and the staircase of the building are less attractive, the flat is in a very tidy and neat condition. Good communication with the host, although we never met.

“It is a nice apartment - well-maintained, with all basic utilities, clean and comfortable. Rather on the small side, but that was not an issue for us as we didn't spend too much time inside anyways. The balcony is very nice, the view to the sea is a great bonus. The balcony is in an inside yard, so the street noises are not too disturbing. In general it offers everything you might need for a couple days stay in Nice.
Some previous guests were mentioning that they were asked to leave a deposit and they didn't find this too comfortable - we were not asked for one, which was actually great.”
